As the follow-up to our cinematic performance instrument Thrill, Mysteria’s content is focussing on choirs and voices in order to convey different moods and emotions. Aleatoric textures and clusters have been recorded with a large 48-singers choir, a chamber choir and a quartet, specialized on the contemporary choir repertoire. The raw recordings set the basis for additional hybrid sound design to create aggressive, mystical or otherworldly atmospheres. Welcome to the world of epic and intense choir textures, intimate and breathy atmospheres, sacral melodies, shepard tones, special voice techniques, noiselike body percussion elements and much more. All featured in the unique engine, that makes real-time intensity control and constant morphs intuitive and highly customizable.
The performance instrument for playing spine-chilling atmospheres, clusters, and hybrid textures. Composers and sound designers are in need of dramatic sounds to create tension and underscore the visuals. The idea behind Thrill is the dynamic control of dynamically composed and recorded sample sets, that evolve and intensify their sound. Using the central X-Y performance controller, the tension of each sound can be increased and the sound morphed and modulated in real-time.
The ultimate suspense instrument for spine-chilling, cinematic build-ups with exclusive sounds. For composers in cinematic production, dramatic build-ups and staggering conclusions are much in demand these days. This need for impressive, inspiring and complex tension building sounds and especially for a time saving concept for placing and time-adjusting those sounds within a scoring arrangement was the motivation to develop RISE & HIT.

Experience firsthand the signature grand piano sound of composer and pianist Nils Frahm. This is the sound of a unique concert grand – handpicked by the artist, custom intonated, and augmented with a felt damper. We’ve captured the piano in its native habitat – the ambient environment of Saal 3 in Berlin’s renowned, Bauhaus-designed Funkhaus recording complex. The result is a unique, intense, and evocative instrument, with an atmosphere all of its own.

If it’s said that picture or photograph can speak a 1000 words for itself, then we believe that an illustration can speak and reveal much more than that. Therefore, our goal is to communicate with people through visual language and also to make a contribution to the Latvian cultural life.
From 2014 our concept has changed a bit and now we are "Popper Publishing". "Popper Publishing" is going to be a platform for books, artzines and other projects about illustration, graphic design, photography and fine art. Our main focus will still be on illustration with good old original Popper Magazine publishing.
Felt offers a gentle tone with reduced attack noise, creating a smooth sound akin to an unplugged vintage electric piano, while Cotton delivers a noisier, percussive attack with more overtones.
Classic condenser and ribbon microphones have been used, in combination with modern and vintage preamps by Chandler, Neve, API and Siemens to capture all details of the instrument’s sound.
The Workbench page is used to sculpt the primary characteristics of the sound using a combination of different piano tones with additional noises and specific ambiences.
Using these note-on noises, a highly percussive attack sound with a ‘wooden’ feel can be added to the piano tone, resulting in a very organic and natural sound.
